Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Shipping Policy
In-Stock Items
In-stock items will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-Order Items
Except for items specifically categorized as “In Stock,” all other products are offered on a pre-order basis, with an estimated lead time of 7–21 days.
Upon receipt of payment, Chuchustyle will place the order with our Korean suppliers. Items will be shipped promptly once they arrive in Taiwan.
Order Modifications / Cancellations
After payment has been completed, any request to cancel or modify the order will incur a 5% handling fee based on the total order amount.
Please carefully review your order before placing it. Orders will be shipped only when all items are available. Split shipments are not accepted.
Out-of-Stock Policy
Pre-order items may become unavailable due to supplier stock shortages. Please place your order only if you accept this possibility.
If an item becomes unavailable, notification will be sent via SMS.
For bank transfers: customers must provide bank account details for refund processing.
For credit card payments: refunds will be processed directly to the original credit card.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
Returned items must be in complete and original condition, including all packaging materials (e.g., shoe boxes, coat boxes).
Items must not be:
Washed
Worn or used
Damaged
Missing or damaged tags
Stained
Emitting odors
All packaging materials are considered part of the product. If packaging is damaged, a NT$150 partial packaging fee will be charged.
3. Color Disclaimer
Due to variations in electronic devices and screen displays, slight color differences may occur.
Product photos are taken under outdoor lighting or white daylight conditions. Indoor lighting environments may result in visual differences. If concerned about color variation, we recommend viewing the item under natural light.
4. Definition of Defects
The following conditions are not considered defects under international inspection standards:
Color variation
Size mismatch
Odor
Uncut stitching (e.g., unopened buttonholes)
Loose threads
Stains smaller than 5 cm in diameter
5. Size Disclaimer
All measurements are taken manually by Chuchustyle. A deviation of 2–3 cm is considered within normal tolerance.
Size recommendations provided by customer service are for reference only. Final purchasing decisions remain the customer’s responsibility.
Return Policy
7-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period, except for products falling under legally defined exceptions (including but not limited to perishable goods, customized products, opened audio-visual products or software, digital content, opened personal hygiene items, newspapers, magazines, and international air passenger services).
Please note that the 7-day period is a cooling-off period, not a trial period. Returned items must remain unused and in original condition.
Defective Items
Please record a video and take photos upon unboxing and inspect your items promptly.
If defects are found, notify Chuchustyle immediately for assistance with return processing.
Return Procedure
Submit a return request within 7 days of receipt.
Chuchustyle will provide a return authorization code.
Return shipping fees will not be charged. However:
If the return causes the order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
If the return causes the order to no longer qualify for a discount, the discount difference will be deducted.

Exchange Policy
Each order is entitled to one return or one exchange (choose one).
Custom-made items and in-stock Korean products: each party bears one-way shipping cost (return shipping paid by us; reshipping cost paid by the customer).
Pre-order Korean products: customer bears round-trip shipping costs.
Exchange Procedure
Contact customer service or LINE ID: @chuchustyle within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange.
Returned items must be shipped back with complete packaging within 7 days of receipt.
International Orders
The 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to international orders.
Additional Terms
Order consolidation services are not available.
Chuchustyle reserves the right to refuse future orders from members who:
Have returned non-defective items 3 times (or accumulated 3 items or more), or
Have engaged in excessive return behavior (e.g., returning 2 or more consecutive orders).

By placing and completing payment for an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
In the event of disputes that cannot be resolved in good faith between both parties, the Taipei District Court, Taiwan shall serve as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
