CHUCHUSTYLE will never contact you by phone to request your financial account details, credit card information, or ask you to visit a bank or operate an ATM under any circumstances.
If you receive such a call, please stay alert and do not follow any suspicious instructions. If in doubt, contact CHUCHUSTYLE directly or call the official anti-fraud hotline of Taiwan's Criminal Investigation Bureau: 165.
When you receive calls with suspicious numbers starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", please be cautious. Scammers often spoof phone numbers or pretend to be from trusted organizations such as banks, companies, or legal institutions.
Also, do not click on unknown links, accept friend invitations from unfamiliar LINE accounts, or open suspicious text messages.
Common scam methods include claims like "duplicate orders" or "accidental installment payments" to gain your trust and trick you into making ATM or online banking operations.
If the call involves your bank account or billing information, we strongly recommend that you call your bank directly. If you're asked to provide sensitive data or perform transactions, please decline immediately to minimize fraud risks.
To further protect your personal information:
Regularly update your passwords
Use strong passwords with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
Avoid logging into your account on public computers
