Order & Return Policy
📦 In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
🕐 Pre-Order Items
All items outside the "In-Stock" section are pre-order and typically ship within 7–21 business days. Once payment is received, Chuchustyle will place an order with our Korean supplier and ship as soon as the goods arrive in Taiwan.
📋 Order Changes & Cancellations
Once payment is confirmed, cancellations or item changes will incur a 5% processing fee of the total order value. Orders will be shipped together when all items arrive—no partial shipments allowed. Please double-check your order before placing it.
❌ Out of Stock (Pre-Order Items)
There is a chance pre-order items may be unavailable due to supplier shortages. If this occurs:
You will be notified via SMS
A refund will be issued as store credit
If you prefer a refund to your bank account, log in to your account and submit your banking info
For credit card payments, refunds will be issued directly to the card
If you opt for an exchange, we will reorder for you. If the replacement is also out of stock, you will be notified and refunded as above
📦 Returning Items
All returned items must be in original packaging (including shoeboxes, coat boxes, etc.), and in brand-new condition: no signs of use, washing, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags.
⚠️ Note: All packaging is considered part of the product. Damaged packaging will incur a NT$150 packaging fee.
🎨 Color Differences
Due to differences in screens and lighting, slight color variations may occur. All product photography is shot under daylight or natural light, which may differ from indoor lighting. We recommend checking the item under outdoor light before determining if the color is as expected.
✨ Product Defects
The following are not considered defects under international inspection standards: color variations, size deviation, odor, loose threads, unopened waistbands, or stains under 5cm in diameter.
📏 Sizing
All sizes are measured manually by Chuchustyle. A 2–3 cm margin of error is considered normal. Customer service size recommendations are for reference only. Final purchase decisions are up to the buyer.
🛍 Return Policy
7-Day Return Period (Cooling-Off Period)
You are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, except for certain product categories such as:
Perishables or items near expiry
Custom-made items upon request
Newspapers, magazines
Unsealed audiovisual software or software packages
Digital goods or services provided upon request
Unsealed personal hygiene products
International airline tickets
⚠️ The 7-day period is a review period, not a trial period. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Defective Product Returns
Please record video and take photos when unboxing. Contact Chuchustyle promptly if a defect is found so we can assist you with the return.
Return Process
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return code
No return shipping fee will be charged unless the refund causes your order to drop below the free shipping or discount threshold—in that case, the corresponding fee will be deducted
Returned items must be carefully repackaged. Refunds will be processed once eligibility is confirmed
🔁 Exchange Policy
Each order is eligible for one exchange if the size doesn’t fit.
For in-stock/custom-made Korean items: we pay return shipping, you cover the reshipping
For pre-order Korean items: you cover both return and reshipping fees
Exchange Process
Contact customer service or message us via LINE ID: @chuchustyle within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned with original packaging.
⚠️ International orders are not eligible for 7-day cooling-off returns.
⛔️ Combined shipping for multiple orders is not supported in order to streamline the shipping process.
⚖️ Final Notes
Chuchustyle values respectful transactions with all members. If a customer initiates 3 or more non-defective returns (or returns more than 3 items total), or returns two or more orders consecutively, we reserve the right to refuse further purchases.
By placing and paying for an order, you agree to the terms above. If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan for the first instance.
